Becca and James // London engagement shoot

With only a couple of days to go before Becca and James’ wedding, I thought it would be nice to share some of the photos from their London engagement shoot last summer. I first met Becca when I shot Julia’s wedding in Madrid a couple of years ago, and it was such a pleasure when she got in touch and we got talking about their plans for a garden wedding where Becca grew up in Lincolnshire.Having just completed her PhD in Oxford, Becca (or should I say – Dr. Becca!) and James were passing through London on the way to moving back to Lincolnshire to job hunt and plan their wedding. We met up for a croissant and coffee in Notting Hill, then took a wander around a stunning hidden mews (love a nosey around the back streets of London!) and the local Farmer’s Market, where we tasted some delicious fruit and shots of juice! We rounded off the session with a stroll through to Portobello Road, which was as bustling as ever.Joey and I are so excited about our little road trip to the countryside on Saturday to photograph Becca and James in wedded bliss – look forward to sharing photos of their day here soon!
